The accommodation is offered as a furnished rental and does not include hotel services. Please read all the following information carefully before making your reservation. LINEN Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, beach towels, kitchen towels, and laundry detergent are not provided. Linen rental is available through independent service providers. For stays of 1 to 7 nights, the indicative rates are: • Bath towel set: €12 • Bed linen set for two people: €20 per bed CLEANING End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is the guest’s responsibility. Guests may clean the accommodation themselves, but it must be returned clean, tidy, and in the same condition as upon arrival. If the accommodation has not been cleaned or the cleaning is insufficient, the time required to restore it to a clean condition will be charged at €30, all taxes included, per hour. CONSUMABLES Consumables are not provided. This includes, among other items, Nespresso capsules, garbage bags, gas canisters or bottles for the barbecue, and other everyday supplies. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of €300 is required by credit card through a secure link sent before arrival. The €300 will initially be secured through the payment link. Depending on the cardholder’s bank, the secured amount may appear as an authorization, a pending transaction, or a temporary debit. As this initial security authorization has a limited validity period, for stays exceeding six nights, the €300 previously secured will be collected before the authorization automatically expires. Following the departure inspection, the release of the security deposit or the initiation of its refund will take place within a maximum of seven days. Any deduction will be limited to documented amounts due for damage, missing items, additional cleaning requirements, or an identified breach of the rental terms. The corresponding supporting evidence will be provided to the guest. WATER AND ELECTRICITY For stays exceeding three nights, water and electricity consumption will be charged separately, based on meter readings taken at the beginning and end of the stay and at the rates actually charged to the establishment by the relevant utility providers. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT Subject to availability and prior confirmation by the establishment, early check-in is available for €50 and late check-out is available for €50. APARTMENT ALLOCATION AND PHOTOGRAPHS This listing covers three apartments of the same category, offering similar capacity, standards of comfort, and amenities. The photographs collectively represent these three apartments. The layout, decoration, furniture, and certain individual features may therefore vary from one apartment to another. The reservation is for an apartment within the category described in the listing and not for a specific apartment or for every individual item shown in each photograph. Guests may request a particular apartment, but all such requests remain subject to availability and confirmation by the establishment. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS By completing the reservation, the guest acknowledges having read and accepted all the conditions set out above.
