Guests may clean the accommodation themselves before departure. If additional cleaning is required after check-out, a fee of EUR 25 (excluding VAT) per hour may be charged. Utilities For stays exceeding 3 nights, water and electricity consumption may be charged separately based on meter readings and the applicable rates at the time of the stay. Consumables Guests are responsible for providing their own consumables, including coffee capsules, garbage bags, barbecue gas refills, and other day-to-day supplies. This includes, among other items, Nespresso capsules, garbage bags, gas canisters or bottles for the barbecue, and other everyday supplies. Damage Deposit Please note that a security deposit of €300 is required by credit card through a secure link sent before arrival. Following the departure inspection, the security deposit will be fully refunded within a maximum of seven days, provided that no damage, missing items, additional cleaning requirements, or breach of the rental terms has been identified. Water and electricity For stays of more than three days, water and electricity consumption will be charged separately according to the meter readings and the applicable rates in effect at the time of the stay.
